Canadian Mental Health Association Thames Valley Addiction and Mental Health Services is seeking an Addiction and Mental Health Worker, SEE Specialist, for the Elgin PEPP program in St. Thomas, Ontario.

This full-time contract role focuses on recovery-oriented services for youth and young adults experiencing early psychosis within an interdisciplinary PEPP team. The position involves assessment, case management and practical support to help clients achieve education and employment goals, while

Qualifications

• University degree/college diploma in social work, nursing, occupational therapy, or child and youth work.
• PVSC must be recent (last six months).
• Valid driver’s license with access to a vehicle; regular travel in Elgin County.

Responsabilités

• Provide recovery-oriented, client-centred services within the PEPP team.
• Conduct assessment, case management and practical support for education and employment goals.
• Coordinate care with health care providers, schools and community agencies.
• Support education and employment goals and community integration.
• Maintain timely clinical documentation and participate in team care planning.
