Job summary

Marsell Wellness Center is seeking a dedicated case management assistant to support intake and transportation services for at-risk children and families. You will help assess relatives or sponsors and coordinate travel events up to several times a month, ensuring safety and proper documentation throughout the reunification process.

The role requires high school completion (GED acceptable) with 1+ years of relevant experience; bilingual Spanish is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Participate in safety and service-related resources development.
• Provide transportation support to the case management team.
• Escort children and verify sponsor identifications.
• Prepare and maintain documentation of reunification processes.
• Attend scheduled training related to the position.
• Provide day-to-day coverage within the agency facility.
• Adhere to child abuse reporting requirements.
