Job summary

Deveraux Apartment Communities is seeking a Systems Administrator to provide intermediate Yardi user support during a maternity leave contract (8 months).

The role focuses on ongoing support and troubleshooting of the Yardi platform (Voyager 7, RentCafe Site Manager, CRM Flex, Elevate, and Client Central) to ensure data integrity, security, and alignment with business processes across accounting, operations, and reporting teams.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience supporting end users of Yardi software.
• Understanding of property management and real estate accounting concepts is an asset.
• Knowledge of HTML is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Administer, configure, and maintain Yardi across multi-property environments.
• Resolve Yardi support requests and troubleshoot system errors, data discrepancies, and user issues in a timely manner.
• Coordinate Yardi upgrades, patches, and new module implementations.
• Create and update process documentation and training materials on Yardi procedures.
• Train users on Yardi functionality and best practices.
