Job summary

MPI is seeking an ERP administrator to oversee system performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure seamless operation of critical ERP technology systems. The role focuses on Yardi Elevate/Voyager 8 modules, reports, and disciplined incident management, with a strong emphasis on documentation and stakeholder collaboration.

Candidates should have SQL scripting expertise, experience with ERP administration, and be comfortable working bilingual English/French.

Qualifications

• Strong experience with SQL scripting and database querying.
• Experience managing ERP application administration, including system maintenance, patching schedules, upgrades, performance monitoring, and planned downtime.
• Experience supporting, administering, or implementing Yardi Maintenance IQ is an asset.
• Work closely with business stakeholders to support applications and contribute to system enhancement and implementation projects.
• Manage and resolve service requests related to ERP applications in a timely manner.
• Provide ongoing application support, troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and issue resolution.
• Bilingualism in English and functional French is considered an asset.
