Job summary

Responsibilities

Provide welcoming, attentive customer service — greet customers, answer questions, help them find what they need, and support them through the checkout and delivery‑arrangement process.
Maintain strong in‑store standards — support inventory counts, restock shelves, and ensure merchandise is clean, organized, and easy for customers to access.
Learn about new products and participate in department training to better support customers on the floor.
Work safely by following all workplace safety procedures and maintaining a hazard‑free environment.
Assist with preparing basic paperwork, including invoices and delivery documentation.
Use the store’s computer system to keep inventory accurate when receiving new products or removing items due to damage or loss.
