Job summary

Siemens Healthineers Canada is seeking an experienced clinical trainer in radiation oncology. You will conduct on-site and remote training in English, with French as a helpful asset, ensuring customers operate equipment safely and effectively.

Lead lectures, prepare lesson plans, and develop support materials while collaborating with cross-functional teams to reflect current product features. Will travel up to 75% and possibly weekends.

Qualifications

• Clinical understanding of the processes in a radiation oncology department.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities for training diverse audiences.
• Willingness to travel up to 75% and occasional weekend travel.

Responsibilities

• Lead both onsite and remote training sessions in English; French skills are an asset.
• Develop lesson plans from engineering and software documentation; create quick tips and guides.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and technical support to align course material with current product features.
• Provide demo support at local, regional, and national events and gather feedback for HQ.
