Job summary

Snaplii Inc. is a Toronto fintech with 400,000+ users and 500+ brand partners. The role centers on owning the Chinese-language Xiaohongshu channel, bringing in new creators weekly, producing content, and turning followers into app sign-ups.

You will manage creator pipelines across Canada from our Toronto base. You will write, shoot, and edit Xiaohongshu notes and short videos focused on saving money, gift cards, paying bills, and everyday finance.

Qualifications

• Experience running Xiaohongshu content for a brand/platform or personal account.
• Experience working with creators or KOCs at volume, briefing and posting on time.
• Native-level written Chinese and working English.

Responsibilities

• Own Xiaohongshu channel hands-on in Toronto and across Canada.
• Find, activate and brief creators; ensure posts go live on time.
• Create Xiaohongshu notes and short videos about saving money and daily finance.
• Run the official account: post consistently, reply to comments and DMs, convert followers to app users.

Snaplii is a profitable Toronto fintech with 400,000+ users and 500+ brand partners, including Costco, Walmart and Uber. People use Snaplii to save on everyday spending and pay their bills. Toronto is home, and we are in Silicon Valley often.

The role

A big part of our community is Chinese-speaking, and they discover us on Xiaohongshu (RedNote). You will own that channel hands-on: bring new creators on board every week, make content yourself, and turn attention into app sign-ups.

What you'll do

• Find and activate creators: build a steady pipeline of Xiaohongshu creators and KOCs in Toronto and across Canada, brief them, and get them posting. A good week means dozens of real conversations and a batch of creators going live.
• Make content yourself: write, shoot and edit Xiaohongshu notes and short videos about saving money, gift cards, paying bills and everyday finance.
• Run our official account and community: post consistently, reply to comments and DMs, and turn followers into app users.
• Track what works: views, saves, follower growth and, most importantly, app sign-ups. Double down on what converts and drop what doesn't.
• Work with our growth and product teams on campaigns, launches and offers.

What we look for

• You have run Xiaohongshu (or Douyin/TikTok) content for a brand, a platform or your own account, and you can show the numbers.
• You have worked with creators or KOCs at volume: you know where to find them, how to brief them and how to get posts live on time.
• Native-level written Chinese (this role produces Chinese content every day) and working English.
• Comfortable with numbers: you can tell us which post drove sign-ups, not just which one got views.
• Able to work on-site in Etobicoke, Monday to Friday.

Compensation

• CAD $55,000 to $75,000 base salary, depending on experience.
