Working with the Lead Pastor, you will guide worship experiences, develop volunteer teams, support Life Groups, and contribute to the church's pastoral ministry, helping people grow in their relationship with Jesus. This role also emphasizes building a healthy worship culture and equipping volunteers across all ages.
