Hope Church Parry Sound is seeking a passionate, spiritually mature Worship & Discipleship Coordinator to lead and nurture worship and discipleship within the church community.

This full-time role involves leading worship services, building and coordinating volunteer teams, supporting Life Groups, and partnering with the Lead Pastor to foster spiritual growth and discipleship across all ministries.

This full-time role combines worship leadership and adult discipleship, helping people grow in their relationship with Jesus through meaningful worship experiences, small groups, and spiritual growth opportunities. Working closely with the Lead Pastor, you will lead worship services, develop volunteer teams, support Life Groups, and contribute to the overall pastoral ministry of the church.
