Hope Church Parry Sound is seeking a spiritually mature, relational, and collaborative Associate Pastor, Adult Ministry to serve as a full-time leader for adult ministry.

You will lead in discipleship, Life Groups, pastoral care, and teaching, working closely with the Lead Pastor to develop leaders and advance the church's mission.

• Provide leadership in adult discipleship and leadership development.
• Oversee Life Groups and pastoral care.
• Collaborate with the Lead Pastor to teach and equip volunteers.
