Job summary

Magna Exteriors is seeking a World Class Manufacturing (WCM) Coordinator to drive continuous improvement and operational excellence across the plant in Canada. You will deploy and sustain MAFACT standards, coordinate CI projects, and lead cross-functional teams to improve safety, quality, delivery, and cost.

The role requires a post-secondary engineering education and at least 3 years in manufacturing or CI roles; automotive industry experience is an asset.

Qualifications

• Post-secondary education in engineering or related field.
• Minimum 3 years' experience in Manufacturing/Industrial/Quality/CI roles.
• Experience in the automotive industry is an asset; knowledge of MPS/Lean principles.

Responsibilities

• Drive continuous improvement and operational excellence across the plant.
• Coordinate deployment and sustainability of WCM MAFACT standards.
• Lead cross-functional teams to improve safety, quality, delivery and cost.
• Conduct audits, implement improvements, and track CI projects.
• Prepare weekly KPI reports and support shop floor operations.
