A leading facility management provider in Ottawa is seeking a full-time Network Furniture Service Technician. This role involves the installation and removal of workspaces, furniture assembly, and IT equipment management. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of hands-on experience in cabling and troubleshooting, along with strong organizational and communication skills. This position offers a salary range between $54,185 and $67,732 per annum, commensurate with experience and qualifications.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of hands-on cabling and troubleshooting experience.
• Experience with disconnects and reconnects of client IT equipment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Ability to lift, move, set up, and install office furniture and equipment.

Responsibilities

• Manage disconnect/reconnect requests for client systems.
• Assemble, disassemble, and install furniture as required.
• Perform inspections and troubleshoot furnishings as needed.
• Provide timely support to the facility planner.
