Job summary

Consolidated Office Installation Services in Ottawa, Ontario is seeking reliable Office Furniture Installers to join our team. You will deliver, assemble, and install office furniture for corporate and institutional clients across the region, following floor plans and installation instructions.

Ideal candidates are able to lift 50 lbs or more, have own tools and PPE, and communicate clearly with clients and coworkers.

Qualifications

• Experience with office furniture systems is an asset.
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs+ and perform physical tasks.
• Must have own tools and PPE; tool purchase program offered.
• Valid driver’s license is an asset; bilingualism is an asset.

In this role, you’ll help deliver, assemble, and install office furniture for corporate and institutional clients across the region. Consolidated Office Installation Services offers interested candidates with office furniture installation experience and an aptitude for hands‑on, practical work the opportunity to apply their skills, enthusiasm, and experience to the field of office furniture installation and assembly.

What You’ll Do:

• Deliver, assemble, and install office furniture and systems

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience with office furniture systems (Haworth, Steelcase, Teknion, Herman Miller, Global, Allsteel, Knoll) is an asset
• Ability to lift 50 lbs + and perform physical tasks throughout the day
• Must have own tools and required PPE (safety boots, hard hat) * Tool purchase program offered
• Valid driver’s license is an asset
• Bilingualism is an asset.
• Must be bondable
• Ability to read floor plans, drawings, and assembly instructions
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Comfortable working with GPS, tablets, and basic tech
• Flexibility for occasional evenings or weekends
