Reporting to the Senior Manager of Workplace Services, the Workplace Services Manager is responsible for managing a high performing team of onsite professionals responsible for delivering an exceptional in office experience.
You play a key in bringing the office environment to life in British Columbia. As the Manager you will be accountable for leading your team to deliver quality services in the most timely and efficient manner, whilst identifying and adopting best practices. This individual thrives in a fast-paced team environment, exercises discretion and diplomacy in all interactions and will be versatile to build strong relationships with other internal enabling areas and the broader practice.
Responsibilities include oversight of onsite services including, but not limited to, building operations, facilities, mail & print, asset management, project management, operational readiness, vendor relations, hospitality and guest experience, security, emergency response and business continuity.
Position Overview:
Workplace Services sits under the service offering of Central Business Services, the service delivery arm of our Enabling Areas. In this role you will lead a regional BC team whilst being a key member of the national team, contributing to the achievement of strategic goals. You will lead and coach the team to deliver exceptional service and ensuring business needs are met, always representing the firm in a professional and customer-oriented manner.

The salary range for this position is $85,000 - $156,000, and individuals may be eligible to participate in our bonus program.
