Job summary

emergiTEL Inc. is seeking a Workplace Experience Curator for our banking client in Calgary, onsite. This 6-month contract role focuses on delivering exceptional client and team member experiences and hands-on daily operations of our corporate spaces and amenities.

You will support the Experience Coordinator, manage common spaces, check-in contractors and guests, and help ensure a welcoming, seamless workplace environment for clients and colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Deliver an exceptional client and team member experience at our corporate Office.

• Hands-on execution of day-to-day operations, including managing common spaces, amenities, contractor and guest check-in.
• Ensure smooth delivery of onsite services and oversee common spaces to create a welcoming environment.
