Job summary

emergiTEL is seeking a Project Manager for Enterprise Projects on a 9-month contract with possible extension. The role is fully remote from Calgary, AB, and involves guiding cross-functional teams to deliver defined project outcomes, budgets and schedules.

You will collaborate with Technology, Business, and external vendors, outline approaches, and drive detailed plans and resource estimates while maintaining strong stakeholder relationships and timely reporting.

Qualifications

• Collaborate with technology, business and 3rd party stakeholders to confirm problems, outcomes and deliverables.
• Identify and confirm project approach; engage stakeholders to develop resource estimates and effective plans to manage the initiative.
• Assign deliverables, tasks and activities and continuously monitor and control all associated resources, schedules and plans.
• Report on status, risk management, budget/cost, success criteria and reporting as required.
• Anticipate and effectively manage risks and issues throughout the lifecycle of the initiative.
• Ensure optimal communications within and across teams and with all project stakeholders.
• Liaise with project stakeholders on an ongoing basis and ensure a strong and positive stakeholder relationship.
• Provide positive team leadership and motivate those teams directly and indirectly involved.
