Job summary

PCL Constructors Canada Inc. in Winnipeg is seeking a Workforce Student for a four-month term starting January 2027 to gain hands-on experience in recruitment, onboarding and employee development within the Canadian Buildings sector.

You will assist with candidate coordination, interview scheduling and workforce data reporting, while maintaining records and supporting engagement initiatives. This paid placement provides mentorship, learning opportunities and a pathway to future full-time roles

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a Human Resources, Business Administration, or related post-secondary program.
• Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher, Outlook).
• Ability to maintain confidentiality required of work assignments.
• Must demonstrate initiative and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
