The Role of HR Resource Planner

This is an office-based position. You will plan calendars and confirm appointments for a dedicated team of HR Consultants, aligning with priorities and targets. You will minimize travel through effective geographical planning and ensure cancellations are promptly backfilled to maintain productivity.

Your working hours will be Monday to Friday, from 9:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., with flexibility required based on business needs. There is significant potential for upward mobility for successful candidates.

Day-to-Day Duties and Responsibilities

  • Schedule HR consultations and meetings
  • Arrange face-to-face meetings with clients and coordinate travel when necessary
  • Proactively contact existing clients to book HR meetings and service reviews
  • Confirm consultants’ schedules two weeks in advance according to targets
  • Prioritize critical clients and backfill cancellations to maximize productivity
  • Reschedule canceled appointments promptly
  • Manage consultancy availability four weeks ahead to understand capacity
  • Schedule holidays, training, vacations, and birthdays to prevent conflicts

Education/Experience

  • 1-2 years of scheduling or resource planning experience (preferred)
  • 1-2 years of customer service experience
