Job summary

Metro Inc. is seeking a Continuous Improvement Manager-Workforce Experience to lead transformation projects across banners in Ontario.

You will analyze operational processes, define pilots, measure ROI, and drive initiatives to improve store productivity and the employee experience. The position requires a Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering or operations management, at least 3 years of experience in store or HR management, strong analytical skills, bilingual English and French, and Lean

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering, operations management or equivalent.
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in store management or human resource management.
  • Fluent in English and French (spoken and written).
  • Lean Six Sigma certification (asset).
  • Willingness to travel within GTA and across Ontario/Quebec.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze operational processes to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Define, plan and implement pilot projects, then measure ROI and cost-effectiveness.
  • Manage project execution, risks, quality, schedule and budget.
  • Define performance indicators and communicate project benefits.
  • Lead cross-departmental meetings and champion change management.
