Sedgwick is seeking a Workers Compensation Team Lead to supervise multiple teams of examiners and technical staff, ensuring efficient claims adjudication and client relations across a Canadian operation.

The role requires a strong background in claims management, leadership, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to maintain quality, regulatory compliance, and performance goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university preferred.
• Six (6) years of claims experience or equivalent combination of education and experience required to include two (2) years claims supervisor experience.
• Thorough knowledge of claims management processes and procedures across multiple product lines; strong communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervises multiple teams of examiners and technical staff for workers' compensation.
• Monitors workloads, provides training, and directs examiner reports on claims adjudication.
• Ensures compliance, reviews reserves on high-cost claims, and maintains client relations.
