Qualifications

• Excellent oral and written communication, including presentation skills.
• Four years of claims management experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Regulatory and medical management knowledge relevant to workers' compensation.

Responsibilities

• Analyze workers' compensation claims to determine compensability and benefits.
• Develop action plans for claims until resolution and coordinate return-to-work efforts.
• Approve and process assigned claims and manage action plans.
• Manage subrogation of claims and negotiate settlements.
• Communicate claim actions with claimants and clients.
• Ensure proper documentation and correct claims coding.
