You'll own the engineering, reliability, and evolution of BCI's Workday platform, building and sustaining integrations, configuring platform capabilities, and ensuring dependable data flow and reporting across HR, Finance, Payroll, and Procurement. Partnering closely with vendors and internal teams, you'll design and support robust integration solutions using modern Workday tooling and API patterns, monitor platform health, and resolve complex issues through root cause analysis. You'll set integration architecture standards, mentor engineers, lead the most complex deliverables, and shape platform strategy in partnership with the Senior Manager, while also working hands on across mid to high complexity integrations and stakeholder engagements. Your work will strengthen platform standards, security, and release readiness.
Reporting to the Senior Manager, Service Delivery (HR, Legal, CR&A, Corporate), you'll work within BCI's Technology department, collaborating with stakeholders including HR, Finance, Payroll, Procurement, Cyber Security, Risk, and external vendors.
