As a Software Engineer, you will help design, build, and deliver technology solutions that support BCI's investment and business operations. Working alongside developers, architects, analysts, and business partners, you will contribute to impactful projects while growing your technical expertise and career at BCI.
This role is based in BCI's Victoria or Vancouver office and may be filled at the Software Engineer I or Software Engineer II level, depending on the successful applicant's skills, experience, and qualifications.
You will join BCI's Technology department, reporting to the Senior Manager, Technology Solutions. The Technology department partners across BCI to deliver secure, reliable, and innovative solutions that support investment and business operations. Working closely with developers, architects, analysts, and business partners across the organization, you will solve complex technical challenges, contribute to meaningful projects, and continue building your technical expertise at BCI.
This role can be based in either our Victoria or Vancouver office. Relocation support within Canada is available if needed. BCI is an in-person, collaborative organization with the flexibility to work remotely one day per week.
The annualized base salary range for the Software Engineer I role is CAD $93,000 to $110,000. For the Software Engineer II role, the range is CAD $106,000 to $128,000.
