Job summary

Canadian Tire Corporation, Limited is seeking a Workday Integration Developer in Yonge, ON. You will design, build, test, deploy, and support integrations across the Workday ecosystem, enabling secure HR data exchange with payroll, benefits, time and absence, and other systems.

You will partner with HR, Technology, Payroll, Benefits, and vendor teams to deliver scalable, compliant integration solutions. The role is full-time and on-site, with a focus on reliability and production support.

Qualifications

• Experience designing and implementing Workday integrations.
• Strong knowledge of integration formats (XML, XSLT, SOAP, REST).
• Experience with EIB, Core Connectors, Workday Studio, and RaaS.
• Ability to troubleshoot production integrations and perform root-cause analysis.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, test, deploy, and support inbound and outbound Workday integrations.
• Develop and maintain integration mappings and transformations.
• Provide production support and incident triage for integrations.
• Collaborate with HR, Technology, Payroll, and vendors to deliver robust solutions.
