Job summary

Canadian Tire Corporation is seeking a Workday Integration Developer to design, build, test, deploy, and support integrations across its Workday ecosystem. You will enable secure data movement between Workday and payroll, benefits, time, and other enterprise systems, delivering scalable and compliant HR platform solutions.

You will partner with HR, Payroll, Security, and vendor teams, leveraging EIB, Core Connectors, Workday Studio, and RaaS for inbound/outbound integrations and production

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of hands-on experience developing Workday integrations in production HR environments.
• Experience with EIB, Core Connectors, Workday Studio, RaaS, and Workday Web Services.
• Strong data transformation and error handling skills.
• Knowledge of Workday security concepts and IT practices.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, test, deploy, and support Workday integrations across HR systems.
• Provide production support, monitor integrations, and perform root-cause analysis.
• Translate requirements into integration designs, mappings, and deployment plans.
