Medavie Inc. in Canada seeks an experienced Workday Configuration Lead for Canadian Payroll and related modules.
You will design, configure, and maintain payroll systems, ensuring data accuracy and compliance with collective agreements, while partnering with Payroll, HR, and business stakeholders to document requirements and coordinate testing. You will develop test plans, implement enhancements, provide Tier 2 support, create training materials, and monitor releases.

Pay Range: $61,220 - $80,000 This posting is for an existing vacancy within our organization / Ce poste est actuellement vacant au sein de notre organisation. The Base Pay range may vary depending on the successful candidate or other relevant job-related factors such as knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience and education/training. In addition to Base Pay, eligible Medavie employees may participate in various performance‑based incentive programs. Payments under these programs are discretionary and subject to both individual and organizational results.
