This position is responsible for the strategy, optimization, enhancement, and maintenance of the company’s Global HR Information System (Workday) and other HR-supported systems. The role involves leading the HRIS team, managing projects, and collaborating with global teams. The successful candidate will serve as a technical expert to ensure data integrity, system implementations, configurations, testing, report writing, and process improvement analyses.
