The Work’Integrated Learning & Co’operative Education office at Dalhousie University is responsible for securing and managing high-quality work term opportunities for 2,000+ students annually in 27 Co-op and Work-Integrated Learning ( WIL )programs across five faculties and a college. Reporting to the Student Development Manager, the Work-Integrated Learning ( WIL ) Advisor delivers comprehensive advising, resources, and support to WIL Co-op students. Through a holistic, accessible, and appreciative advising approach, the Advisor supports students in developing workplace readiness competencies, securing employment, and succeeding in their work-integrated learning experiences.
The successful applicant will be eligible for hybrid work (combination of in-person work on campus and remote work from within Nova Scotia) as agreed by all parties based on operational requirements and university guidelines.
