What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Respond promptly to phone and email inquiries with courtesy and empathy
- Assist clients with their plan and ticket needs, including purchasing, accessing, transferring, cancelling, and upgrading
- Provide information about events, including location, parking, catering, and accessibility
- Maintain a friendly and customer-oriented approach while adhering to quality standards
- Work from the employer's Laval center as necessary

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Fluently bilingual in English and French, with approximately 50% of calls needing to be in English
- Availability to work Monday to Friday, 10:00 am to 5:00 pm, and occasional weekends from 12:00 pm to 8:00 pm
- High-speed Internet connection of at least 25 MBPS for remote work
- Strong interest in cultural and sporting events, with effective communication skills
- Comfortable using smartphones and computers to assist customers

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Knowledge of Spanish is an asset
- Experience in an in-person or telephone ticketing service
