Job summary

Timber-Tech Truss LP seeks wooden truss makers for on-site, full-time roles in Aldersyde, AB. Wage is C$22.50 per hour with 40 hours weekly. Overtime possible; flexible hours; on-call availability required. Benefits include extended health care, dental and disability coverage.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Assemble wood products such as window sashes, doors, boxes, pallets, ladders and barrels.
  • Make minor adjustments and repairs to wood products.
  • Record information on products inspected.
  • Assemble door panels, trusses or modular components for prefabricated housing.
  • Read blueprints, specifications and production drawings.
  • Pack items for shipping and distribution.
  • Inspect wood products for quality conformance.
