Job summary

Canadian Executive Search Group is seeking Truss Assemblers / Production Team Members to join a growing manufacturing operation in the Colborne area. The role offers full-time hours with a temporary-to-permanent opportunity and a pay rate of $20.00/hr, paid weekly via direct deposit.

The position involves hands-on work assembling roof and floor trusses, selecting wood materials, and maintaining quality standards in a team-oriented production environment. Training is provided.

Responsibilities

  • Assemble roof and floor trusses according to project specs.

  • Perform repetitive and detail-oriented tasks with high accuracy.
  • Assist with general production and material-handling duties as required.
  • Support operations across various areas of the facility.

Shift Timing: Monday to Thursday 7:00 AM- 4:30 PM, Friday 7:00 AM- 12:00 PM
Job Type: Full-Time | Temporary-to-Permanent Opportunity

Canadian Executive Search Group (CES) is currently seeking Truss Assemblers / Production Team Members to join a growing manufacturing operation in the Colborne area. Our client specializes in the design and manufacturing of engineered wood products, including roof and floor trusses.

This is a great opportunity for reliable, motivated individuals who enjoy hands-on work and are looking to build a career in a team-oriented production environment.

Responsibilities
  • Assemble roof and floor trusses according to project specifications
  • Select and prepare appropriate wood materials for upcoming projects
  • Efficiently assemble products while maintaining quality standards
  • Band and prepare completed products for shipment to customers
  • Perform repetitive and detail-oriented tasks with a high degree of accuracy
  • Assist with general production and material-handling duties as required
  • Support operations across various areas of the facility
Requirements
  • Ability to lift up to 30 lbs
  • Previous experience with power tools is an asset
  • Previous experience with rough framing, truss assembly, or general construction is considered an asset, but not required
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
  • Comfortable performing repetitive tasks in a fast-paced production environment
  • Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
  • Fluent in English, both verbal and written
