WOW! mobile boutique in Hamilton is looking for a Full Time Sales Associate to actively engage mall shoppers, follow our sales process, and deliver a best-in-class customer experience. You will build a client list in our CRM and represent WOW!

Qualifications

• Customer-facing retail or hospitality experience using a POS system.
• Availability for 32–40 hours per week, including evenings and weekends.
• Experience in wireless retail or commission-based sales is an asset.
• Be ready to engage shoppers and follow our sales process.

Responsibilities

• Actively engage mall shoppers and follow each step of our sales process.
• Consistently network, creating and maintaining a list of prospective clients using our CRM tool
• Generate hype and awareness within a mall environment by being an ambassador for WOW!
• Deliver on our brand promise by offering personalized, unbiased advice.
• Consistently achieve all key business metrics
• Offer a best-in-class customer experience
• Participate in documented coaching conversations
• Responsible for inventory management receiving, signing, and securing inventory
• Follow merchandising and daily store cleanliness standards
• Complete daily operations tasks, such as opening & closing the kiosk
• Complete all required training modules and tasks
• Stay current on promotions, products, services and policies
• Follow our policies and procedures and maintain a high level of integrity
• Managing cash, point of sale and inventory systems
• Available to work during mall hours (evenings and weekends) based on operational needs
• Manage multiple priorities with a demonstrated sense of urgency
• Ability to easily adapt to change in a fast-paced environment
