WOW! mobile boutique in Bramalea City Centre, Brampton, is hiring a Full-Time Sales Associate to engage mall shoppers, following our sales process and delivering personalized wireless solutions from Canada’s top carriers. The role offers 32–40 hours per week with a base of $17.95 per hour plus uncapped commissions.

The position requires mall-hour availability, a friendly customer-first approach, and comfort with POS systems. Training is provided; group benefits and background checks apply.

Qualifikationen

• Customer-facing experience in retail or hospitality using a point-of-sale system
• Available to work during mall hours including evenings and weekends
• Wireless retail experience or commission sales experience is an asset

Aufgaben

• Actively engage mall shoppers and follow each step of our sales process
• Consistently network, creating and maintaining a list of prospective clients using our CRM tool
• Generate hype and awareness within a mall environment by being an ambassador for WOW! and the brands we represent
• Deliver on our brand promise by offering personalized, unbiased, advice
• Consistently achieve all key business metrics
• Offer a best-in-class customer experience
• Participate in documented coaching conversations
• Responsible for inventory management receiving, signing, and securing inventory
• Follow merchandising and daily store cleanliness standards
• Complete daily operations tasks, such as opening & closing the kiosk
• Complete all required training modules and tasks
• Stay current on promotions, products, services and policies
• Follow our policies and procedures and maintain a high level of integrity
• Managing cash, point of sale and inventory systems
• Available to work during mall hours (evenings and weekends) based on operational needs
• Manage multiple priorities with a demonstrated sense of urgency
• Ability to easily adapt to change in a fast-paced environment
