Job summary

WOW! mobile boutique is a multi-carrier wireless retailer with kiosks across Canada. We’re seeking a Full Time Sales Associate to engage shoppers, follow our sales process, manage inventory, and deliver unbiased, personalized wireless solutions.

The role requires 32–40 hours per week, with evenings and weekends possible, and offers a competitive salary plus an uncapped commission structure. Join a team focused on excellent customer experience, training, and growth.

Qualifications

• Customer-facing experience in retail or hospitality using a POS system.

Responsibilities

• Actively engage mall shoppers and follow each step of our sales process.
• Consistently network, creating and maintaining a list of prospective clients using our CRM tool
• Generate hype and awareness within a mall environment by being an ambassador for WOW! and the brands we represent
• Deliver on our brand promise by offering personalized, unbiased, advice.
• Consistently achieve all key business metrics
• Offer a best-in-class customer experience
• Participate in documented coaching conversations
• Responsible for inventory management receiving, signing, and securing inventory
• Follow merchandising and daily store cleanliness standards
• Complete daily operations tasks, such as opening & closing the kiosk
• Complete all required training modules and tasks
• Stay current on promotions, products, services and policies
• Follow our policies and procedures and maintain a high level of integrity
• Managing cash, point of sale and inventory systems
• Available to work during mall hours (evenings and weekends) based on operational needs
• Manage multiple priorities with a demonstrated sense of urgency
• Ability to easily adapt to change in a fast-paced environment
