Job summary

WOW! mobile boutique in Cambridge, Ontario is seeking a Full Time Sales Associate to greet mall shoppers, follow our sales process, and provide personalized, unbiased advice across wireless products and services.

You will manage inventory, operate POS, stay current on promotions, and work mall hours including evenings and weekends, with uncapped commissions and a strong training program to help you grow.

Qualifications

• Customer-facing experience in retail or hospitality using a point-of-sale system
• Available to work during mall hours including evenings and weekends
• Wireless retail experience or commission sales experience is an asset

Responsibilities

• Actively engage mall shoppers and follow each step of our sales process.
• Consistently network, creating and maintaining a list of prospective clients using our CRM tool
• Generate hype and awareness within a mall environment by being an ambassador for WOW!
• Deliver on our brand promise by offering personalized, unbiased, advice
• Consistently achieve all key business metrics
• Offer a best-in-class customer experience
• Participate in documented coaching conversations
• Responsible for inventory management receiving, signing, and securing inventory
• Follow merchandising and daily store cleanliness standards
• Complete daily operations tasks, such as opening & closing the kiosk
• Complete all required training modules and tasks
• Stay current on promotions, products, services and policies
• Follow our policies and procedures and maintain a high level of integrity
• Managing cash, point of sale and inventory systems
• Available to work during mall hours (evenings and weekends) based on operational needs
• Manage multiple priorities with a demonstrated sense of urgency
• Ability to easily adapt to change in a fast-paced environment
