Job summary

OSL Retail Services Inc. is hiring a Wireless Manager for the Thompson, Canada region. You will lead a hands-on team and drive sales, service and operations to deliver outstanding customer experiences in a wireless kiosk environment.

The role requires retail management experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to work evenings and weekends. Base salary is $60,000 per year with commissions and quarterly bonuses, plus benefits and training opportunities.

Qualifications

• Retail management experience in wireless or electronics is an asset.
• Proven ability to drive team, sales results and service with operational effectiveness.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting, merchandising and retail metrics knowledge.
• Experience with recruitment, coaching, HR and Canadian employment standards.
• Strong communication and presentation skills; selling communications.

Candidate Requirements:

• Retail management experience – in wireless or electronics, a definite asset

• Proven ability to drive Team, Sales Results and Service, with operational effectiveness

• Solid track record of managing budgets, forecasting sales, merchandising, and retail metrics

• Experience with recruitment, coaching, HR, and Canadian employment standards

• Strong communication and presentation skills – we’re selling communications!

• Good customer service instincts: Action to help first, eye for detail, problem solver

• Ability to work evenings and weekends
