Job summary

OSL Retail Services Inc. in Georgetown, Ontario, is hiring a Wireless Manager to lead a busy in-store team servicing Walmart Canada wireless kiosks. You will coach staff, drive sales results and deliver outstanding customer experiences while managing budgets and store operations.

This role requires retail leadership, strong communication skills, and the ability to work evenings and weekends. The successful candidate will oversee recruitment, merchandising, forecasting, and performance metrics,

• Retail management experience – wireless or electronics is a definite asset.
• Proven ability to drive team, sales results and service with operational effectiveness.
• Solid track record of managing budgets, forecasting sales, merchandising, and retail metrics.
• Experience with recruitment, coaching, HR, and Canadian employment standards.
• Strong communication and presentation skills – we’re selling communications!
• Good customer service instincts: action to help first, eye for detail, problem solver.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of wireless kiosk specialists to deliver best-in-class customer experiences.
