Job summary

SITE Resource Group Limited Partnership is seeking experienced Water Truck Operators to support winter construction in Northern Alberta. The role involves operating water trucks, frost road and winter access work, and outdoor duties in cold conditions.

Candidates should have a valid Class 3 license with air brake (Q) endorsement, a clean driver’s abstract, and willingness to undergo drug testing. SRG emphasizes safety and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Water truck operation experience in construction, oilfield, or industrial environments.
• Valid Class 3 license with air brake (Q) endorsement and a clean driver’s abstract.
• Frost road construction or winter access experience is an asset.
• Experience working in remote or winter construction environments is an asset.
• Ability to work outdoors in changing winter conditions and follow site procedures.
• Ability to work effectively as part of an established crew.
• Must be eligible to work in Canada.
• Must pass a pre-employment drug and alcohol test, including cannabis.

Responsibilities

• Operate water trucks safely to support winter construction activities.
• Support frost road and winter access construction and maintenance.
• Assist with freezing and maintaining roads, access routes, and work areas.
• Transport and distribute water as required across the site.
• Complete daily equipment inspections and report mechanical issues.
• Assist with general site duties when required.
• Follow supervisor directions to support safe project operations.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Follow all site safety procedures and requirements.
• Perform other duties to support the project and crew.
