All Terrain Property Maintenance Inc is hiring for a seasonal, on-call winter position in London, ON and surrounding area. Compensation is $21.00–$24.00 per hour, based on experience. The role involves snow removal, de-icing, and keeping walkways accessible with safe, professional job sites.

You will work with a crew to follow instructions, receive training, and communicate with dispatch. This position requires CSA-approved boots or willingness to purchase, reliability, and a willingness to work

Qualifications

• Physical, outdoor winter work experience is preferred.
• Reliable, punctual, and ready to work when called.
• Positive attitude and willingness to work outdoors in all weather.
• Ability to follow directions and take initiative.
• Comfortable working independently when needed.

Responsibilities

• Perform snow removal and de-icing at assigned sites.
• Use shovels, blowers, spreaders, and related equipment safely.
• Participate in safety talks and wear required PPE.
• Keep entrances, walkways, stairs, and ramps clear and accessible.
• Report hazards, access problems, equipment issues, and incomplete work.
• Maintain clean, safe, and professional job sites.
• Collaborate with crew to meet service timelines and quality standards.

What You’ll Do

• Follow instructions from the Crew Lead
• Complete snow removal and de-icing tasks at assigned sites

• Maintain respectful communication with your crew and office team
