Job summary

Clintar is hiring for the winter season to join our ice and snow team focused on efficient clearing and de-icing. All roles are on-call, often overnight, and contingent on winter conditions.

Candidates must be available on short notice, round the clock and long hours. We provide opportunities for advancement, paid holidays, and extended health benefits where applicable, with a strong emphasis on safety and teamwork in challenging weather.

Qualifications

• Clean and valid driver’s license.
• 24/7 On-Call availability, especially during evenings, weekends, and holidays from November – April.
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds.
• Prior snow experience is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Operate snow removal equipment such as snow blowers, shovels, plows, or salt spreaders as required.
• Shovel or snow blow to remove snow and ice from designated areas.
• Apply salt, sand, or de-icing agents to surfaces to improve traction.
• Respond to emergency snow removal calls, including during heavy snowfalls.
