Job summary

Strathmore in Montreal, QC, is seeking a Crew Leader to manage a 2-3 person snow removal crew on client sites during the winter season. You will shovel, salt, operate snowblowers and plow trucks, and ensure safety and timeliness on every shift.

We value hands-on leadership, reliability, and the ability to multitask under pressure. Bilingualism is a plus; a valid Canadian driver’s license is required; competitive wages and guaranteed winter hours offered.

Qualifications

• 2 years landscaping or snow removal experience (asset).
• A college diploma or DEC in horticulture, landscaping or related field (preferred).
• Good knowledge of snow removal processes.
• 24/7 availability in case of snow events.
• Bilingual (French and English) is an asset.
• Able to work autonomously.
• Ability to perform multiple tasks simultaneously and manage stress.
• Competent with computers and phone apps.
• Must have a valid Canadian driver’s license with a good driving record.

• Enter work orders, inspection information and crew members hours on a daily basis
