Job summary

Strathmore Landscape Management is looking for an Operations Manager to plan and supervise snow removal across multiple commercial sites this season. You will dispatch crews, ensure quality, inspect sites, and manage tickets and purchase orders in our system.

The role requires at least 3+ years leading teams of 20+ in landscaping or snow removal, strong communication, and solid computer skills. A valid driver’s licence is required; company vehicle is provided for the contract term.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience managing teams of at least 20 employees in landscaping, snow removal, or construction.
• Ability to work autonomously and demonstrate a strong commitment to the role.
• Very good communication skills.
• Bilingual French and English is an asset.
• Very good organizational skills, with the ability to manage stress and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Functional knowledge of computers and software applications.
• Valid provincial driver’s licence with a driving record acceptable to the company is required.

• Coordinate with Account Managers and provide clear, consistent, documented feedback to management.
• Participate in contract reviews and the year-end review.

Terms of Employment
