Job summary

Manulife Financial is seeking a Software Engineering Co‑op in Toronto, Ontario for an 8‑month term from January 5th to August 19th, 2027. In this hybrid role, you’ll contribute to building scalable applications and gain hands‑on experience across the full software development lifecycle.

You will work with modern tools and frameworks, receive mentorship from technical leaders, and engage with enterprise technologies within our GRO early talent program designed to launch your career.

We are currently looking for highly motivated students to join us in our Toronto, Ontario, Canada office for an 8‑month co‑op, running from January 5th – August 19th, 2027. This is a hybrid position, where you are expected to be in the office Tuesday‑Thursday, with the opportunity to work remotely on Mondays and Fridays.

Please note the salary range is expected to be between $52,650 CAD to $70,200 CAD.

The actual salary will vary depending on local market conditions, geography and relevant job‑related factors such as knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience, and education/training. The annual salary will be pro‑rated based on the length of the work‑term.
