Role : Windows and Linux / Unix Administrator

Location : Toronto, ON

Mandatory Skills : Linux / Unix and Windows Administrator

Responsibilities :

1. Design, implement, and maintain on-premise and cloud-based RPA platforms to enable automation across the bank.
2. Utilize deep knowledge and technical proficiency in the Intelligent Process Automation lifecycle, gained through extensive education and business experience.
3. Work with RPA tools including UiPath, WorkFusion, and Power Automate.
4. Manage AWS and on-premise platform operations.
5. Maintain strong SDLC practices and programming skills in Python, Java, and other relevant languages.
6. Manage all aspects of RPA platform operations, including production support.
7. Monitor and track platform performance, addressing any issues promptly.
8. Lead and conduct detailed code reviews, providing constructive feedback.
9. Translate business requirements into detailed design specifications and code.
10. Collaborate with key stakeholders to define, analyze, and deliver solutions that meet business and customer needs.
11. Build and lead the production support function, establish a tiered support model, and manage escalations.
12. Drive innovation and results through the use of digital platforms.
13. Leverage platform tools to optimize campaigns and functionalities.
14. Establish and promote operational best practices, frameworks, and processes for data platform operations.
