Job description

• Manage and support Active Directory (AD) and DNS infrastructure, including planning, configuration, administration, and troubleshooting.
• Monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot Active Directory replication issues across domain controllers to ensure directory consistency and availability.
• Administer and support Windows Server environments, including installation, configuration, patching, performance monitoring, and issue resolution.
• Diagnose and resolve AD-related authentication, Group Policy, DNS, and replication issues.
• Perform health checks, system maintenance, and proactive monitoring of Windows Server and Active Directory services.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure high availability, security, and optimal performance of Windows infrastructure.
• Support incident, problem, and change management processes in enterprise environments.
