Job summary

Innergex Renewable Energy Inc. is seeking a Wind Turbine Maintenance Technician for the Montagne Sèche site in Quebec.

You will perform preventive maintenance, identify and repair defects with the O&M team, and ensure compliance with HSE standards.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of relevant experience, an AEC in wind turbine maintenance, and SCADA/PLC knowledge; willingness to work outdoors and climb tall turbines.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a similar position.
• AEC in wind turbine maintenance.
• Training in electromechanics or electricity preferred.
• Expertise in wind turbine operations or maintenance.
• Good computer skills; SCADA and PLC experience are assets.

Responsibilities

• Ensure proper functioning of wind turbines and identify anomalies.
• Identify, locate, and repair defects with O&M team.
• Plan and perform preventive maintenance and maintain records.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards.
