EDF power solutions North America is seeking a Renewable Energy Technician to perform maintenance on wind turbines, PV systems, and energy storage assets. You will execute preventative and corrective maintenance under supervision while developing toward higher responsibility.

The role emphasizes safety, teamwork, and EDF core values, with ongoing training, mentorship, and opportunities to lead junior technicians.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1 year of related experience or training preferred.
• OSHA 10 or equivalent certification.
• BST/BTT/CoHE/NFPA 70E/B certifications preferred.
• Must be able to read, write and speak English clearly.

Responsabilités

• Assist with maintenance of renewable energy assets and equipment in a safe, efficient manner.
• Support routine maintenance, new equipment installation, inspection, troubleshooting and repair.
• Test electrical components and mechanical/hydraulic systems and collect data.
• Work safely, seek guidance when unsure, and participate in required safety training.
• Maintain daily work orders, time tracking and related documentation.
• Participate in 24/7 on-call rotation and coordinate with higher-level technicians.
