Job summary

ENERCON is seeking Wind Turbine Technicians to join our maintenance teams in Canada. You will perform routine maintenance, inspections, troubleshooting, and repairs on wind turbine systems at local sites and on occasion across Canada.

The role involves documenting work, adhering to safety standards, and contributing to health and safety programs. Ideal candidates hold a technical qualification in electromechanics or wind turbine maintenance, with electrical/mechanical maintenance experience and

Qualifications

Technical degree or certification in electromechanics, electricity, or wind turbine maintenance.
Journeyman electrician with Red Seal is an asset.
Willingness to travel for planned periods of a few days for maintenance at other sites.
Overtime, weekend on-call duty may be required.

Responsibilities

Perform routine maintenance on wind turbine systems.
Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair turbine components for optimal performance.
Diagnose electrical and mechanical issues and implement repairs.
Coordinate preventive maintenance schedules with the team.
Document work and materials using tablets/smartphones.
Follow ENERCON safety and quality standards at all times.
Participate in ongoing ENERCON training sessions on health, safety, and techniques.
