Job summary

Emterra Group in British Columbia is seeking an Equipment Operator to safely operate wheel loaders, skid steers and other site equipment. You will perform daily inspections, document results, and coordinate with supervisors to maintain smooth operations.

The ideal candidate has wheel loader experience, strong customer service skills, the ability to meet physical and English language requirements, and a commitment to safety.

Qualifications

• Experience operating Wheel Loader.
• Experience in the waste/recycling industry is an asset.
• Strong customer service orientation.
• Able to perform the physical requirements of the position.
• Ability to speak, read and write in English.

Responsibilities

• Operate Wheel Loader, skid steer and other site equipment.
• Daily inspection of equipment and documentation of daily inspections.
• Communicate with Supervisor and Management regarding concerns or suggestions.
• All other duties as assigned.
