Job summary

Emterra Group is seeking a Forklift Operator to safely and efficiently operate a propane forklift or skidsteer, moving bins and bales and handling shipping/receiving tasks. Daily equipment inspections and clear communication with supervisors are required.

Experience in waste/recycling is an asset; strong customer service and the ability to meet physical demands are essential. Overtime may be required and English proficiency is necessary.

Qualifications

• Certified and trained to operate a forklift.
• Experience in waste/recycling industry is an asset.
• Strong customer service orientation.
• Able to perform the physical requirements of the position.
• Ability to speak, read and write in English.
• Must be available for overtime work.

Responsibilities

Job Summary

The Forklift Operator will safely and efficiently operate a propane forklift or skidsteer to move bins, bales, and handle shipping and receiving tasks. This role includes performing daily equipment inspections, communicating with supervisors, and supporting overall site operations.
